General
Why is it important to provide your IBO number or Platinum and Diamond details during check out?
The Yager Group on-line store uses your IBO number to post your purchase to your account on IBOCity. Not receiving this information may cause a delay with your subscription update. We also use your Platinum and Diamond details to verify your account and that our system is functioning properly. If you forget to provide these details during check out, please contact our office.
How can I pay for the IBOCity subscription or my order?
Currently, we are accepting payments just through Pay Pal. You may pay for your order online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and QIWI Wallet. To pay with a credit card you also need to have an account with Pay Pal. Pay Pal accounts are free.

What is included in the IBOCity subscription?

- AUDIOS of your choice
You will receive audios for the month in which you purchase them. For example: if you bought the subscription on July 28, the CDs released in July will be added to your library. If you bought the subscription on August, 1st, CDs released in August will be added to your library. The subscription will be added to your library in 1-3 days.
What is the release date of the Continuing Business Education Program?
We release new audios by the 1st of every month. New audio files will be posted to your library within 1-3 working days of purchase. We are working to deliver the Continuing Business Education Program as soon as possible.
Can I get a free trial on IBOCity?
Yes, you can try IBOCity a 30-day free trial after registration. If you have not paid for a subscription after this trial period, your account will be deactivated. Please register on www.ibocity.com for a 30-days free trail.
Can I buy audio files in your store if I am not a subscriber to IBOCity?
You have to be the IBOCity subscriber to listen audios on-line. We sell ONLY digital audios in our on-line store.
Can I download audio files?
Yes, the Yager Group APP can be used to download the audios.
Can I listen audio files offline (or airplane mode)?
Yes, please download the audios using your Yager Group APP. Do not close your app before you go offline.
How will I know when my subscription expires?
Expiration information is visible in your account, including how many days remain for your subscription and the date of payment.
What if I do not pay on time?
You have 28 days after your billing date to make a payment. If you do not make a payment in that period, your subscription will be deactivated. We advise making your payment as close to the billing date as possible in order to avoid your subscription expiring.
What should I do if my account is deactivated?
Please pay for your subscription and contact our office to reactivate your account.

Do I lose audios if my account was deactivated?
If your account has been deactivated you will not have access to the library (audios). If at anytime you renew your subscription the purchased audio files will remain in your library.
AUDIOS
Yager Group Lithuania will continue to release physical copies of CDs. We sell ONLY digital audios in our on-line store. Please contact our office if you would like to buy a physical CD.
Please do not forget to provide your IBO number, Platinum and Diamond in order to avoid delays.
How can I know what audios are released each month?
All newly released audios are posted to the AUDIO section in our online store by the first of every moth. Simply choose the month that interests you.
What if I missed the audio subscription for the previous month but would still like to get audios in my library?
The audios are still available in our online store after the close of the month. You may sort the CDs according to when they were released. The audio file will be added to you library in 1-3 working days.
Can I purchase a single audio file?
Yes. The audio file will be added to you library within 1-3 working days.
When will I see the purchased audio in My Library?
Please allow us 1-3 working days to post audio file to your Library.
Will I be able to download the file?
Yes, use the Yager Group APP on your smartphone or tablet.

How can I receive paid books and tools?
You can get paid books and tools in our local office. You will receive a notification e-mail when your order has been delivered to the office. The majority of books and tools are available at the office within 1-3 working days, not including the day you placed the order.

You can pick up the order in our store or request delivery. You will receive a notification e-mail when your order has been delivered to the office or shipped. The majority of the books and tools are shipped or available at the office within 1-3 working days, not including the day you placed the order.
How much is the delivery?
The cost of your delivery depends on the weight of the order. Please see the most common rates below:
Shipping in the Czech Republic:

Can I get free delivery?
No, delivery is always an additional expense to the purchase and does not depend on the amount of the order.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Please contact our office for exchanges or returns. You have 2 weeks to claim your return or exchange. All returns or exchanges will be in accordance with the laws and regulations of European Union. For more information, please see below:
Is it possible to return or exchange books?
Yes, books can be returned or exchanged in the event of visible defects, damage caused during transporting, storage or sale of the book before purchase. A book may also be returned in the event of printing mistakes and discrepancies in content to the title on the cover or the title page of the printed edition. A claim should be placed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. To apply for a return, contact our local office.
Is it possible to return or exchange t-shirts?
Yes, buyers may return or exchange goods in original condition if they are not satisfied with the fit, style, size, color, dimensions or set. A claim should be placed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. To apply for return, contact our local office.
Is it possible to get a refund for subscription or audio?
You can request a refund for a subscription or audio file within 3 days of purchasing if it has not been posted to your Library. If the transaction was made by mistake, contact our office ASAP. If your subscription has been prolonged or audio was added to your Library, the transaction may not been canceled.
Return or exchange of unlisted goods and services is handled on an individual basis in accordance with the law of European Union. All claims should be posted within 2 weeks of receiving goods or services.
